DAS Spain Launches DAS Cyberbullying Insurance

As figures on school bullying continue to rise, social networks and mobile phones are increasingly a part of young people’s daily lives. According to Spain’s National Statistics Institute, around 70% of 12-year-olds have a smartphone. This combination is creating a scenario in which cyberbullying is increasingly common as a form of harassment among teenagers. The latest report from Save the Children says that 7.3% of students in Spain have suffered from cyberbullying.

FedEx Files 10-K with Additional Disclosure on Cyber-Attack Affecting TNT Express Systems

FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) (“FedEx”) filed its annual report on Form 10-K for fiscal year 2017 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The filing includes additional information regarding the June 2017 cyber-attack on the worldwide information systems of TNT Express B.V. (“TNT”), the international express transportation, small-package ground delivery and freight transportation company FedEx acquired in May 2016.
